SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Airova online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Airova ships bags and accessories from Finland and delivers to customers domestically, across the European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA), and internationally.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Finnish public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. A second notification including your tracking number will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Zones & Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination zone and the total weight of your order. Fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Posti and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Carrier

Airova ships exclusively via Posti (Finnish Postal Service). Once your order has been handed over to Posti, you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email at:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5.1 Orders Within Finland & EU/EEA

All prices displayed on our website include Finnish VAT (25.5%). No additional customs duties apply to orders shipped within the EU/EEA.

 

5.2 International Orders (Outside EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Airova has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information before placing an international order.

 

Important: Airova will not be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance

processes, nor for any customs fees or import duties charged to the recipient.

 

6. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Airova is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to:

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
The recipient being unavailable to accept the delivery
Failure to collect the parcel from the Posti pickup point within the collection period

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

7.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at airova200025@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with Posti on your behalf. 

7.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) before opening the parcel if possible
Contact us at airova200025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and photos in your message

 

7.3 Compensation

If a package is confirmed lost or if a product is damaged due to shipping, Airova will

provide a full 100% refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed

within 5–7 business days of the claim being approved.

 

8. Returns & Exchanges

This Shipping Policy covers the delivery of your order. For information on returning products or exchanging items, please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy available on our website. Return shipping costs and procedures are outlined in that policy.
